Data we collect
- Inquiry data you submit through the contact form: name, email, optional consultation interest, pipeline context, and message content.
- Technical logs that our hosting provider may retain (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed localStorage key when you accept or reject non-essential cookies.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or national ID numbers through the website form.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to consult requests, prepare scoping calls, and maintain basic records of correspondence. Technical logs support abuse prevention. Cookie preference storage remembers your choice.
Legal bases
Where Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) applies, we process inquiry data based on your request to engage with us (contractual steps or legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries) and, for optional analytics cookies, your consent.
Retention
Inquiry emails and related notes are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Server logs follow our host’s standard rotation, typically under 90 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Email and hosting providers acting as processors under confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisors when required for legal or accounting reasons
- Authorities when required by Taiwanese law
International transfers

Children
The site is directed at professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
