Pricing guidance for ETL reliability assessments, pipeline architecture sessions, incident facilitation, and retainers at Web Willow Hub.
Pricing follows the shape of the work. Assessments use a fixed fee once scope is clear; workshops and retainers use time-based rates. All figures below are guidance in New Taiwan Dollars; a written estimate follows your scoping call.
ETL Reliability Assessment
From NT$180,000
Fixed fee for a defined set of pipelines and a written findings package. Larger estates (many source systems, multi-region jobs) are scoped upward after the free 30-minute call.
Pipeline architecture sessions
NT$28,000 per half-day block
Includes pre-read time within a reasonable document set. Travel outside Kaohsiung/Taipei metro may add documented expenses.
Incident post-mortem facilitation
From NT$45,000 per incident
Covers preparation interviews, one facilitated day, and a written summary. Multi-day reconstructions are quoted separately.
Reliability retainer
From NT$65,000 / month
Based on reserved hours (typically 12–20). Unused hours do not roll indefinitely; we review utilization each quarter.
What changes the estimate
- Number of critical pipelines and source systems
- Access friction (VPN, change-control boards, missing documentation)
- Need for on-site days versus remote-only work
- Whether remediation coding is included beyond advisory findings
